Directions to Our Rockville Offices

Cleverex Systems’ office is on the 12th floor. The building connects to the Rockville Metrorail Station by a walkway.

By Metro:

Take the Red Line to Rockville station. Go left via the west exit, up two floors to the B level, and across the enclosed walkway towards Rockville Center, over Hungerford Drive/Rockville Pike (Route 355). Go into the entrance of the building on the left (51 Monroe Street). Take the elevator to the 12th floor. The Cleverex offices are in Suite 1204 on the right. If the doors to the building are not open, call 301-738-1122 to determine if anyone is in the office to let you in.

By Auto:

From Beltway(495) and I-270:

Take the I-270 exit off the beltway (495). Driving north on I-270, be sure to be in the right-hand local lanes. Take Exit 5, marked Rockville Town Center-Potomac, for Falls Road, Route 189. Stay in the right- hand lane of the exit ramp so that you drive east on Maryland Avenue. At the third traffic light, turn right on Fleet Street. Turn left at the next traffic light, onto Monroe Street. Take the second right (still Monroe Street) and enter the garage under the building with 51 Monroe written on it. Take the elevator up to the 12th floor. The Cleverex offices are in Suite 1204 on the right. If the doors to the building are not open, call 301-738-1122 to determine if anyone is in the office to let you in.

From Gaithersburg on 355:

From Route 355 and the Gaithersburg area go toward Rockville south on Route 355. Near the Rockville Metro Station, get into the right lane. Turn right (west) onto Monroe Street. 51 Monroe Street is immediately on your right (the high rise building with the word "51" on the top). The parking garage is under the building to the right of the entrance. Take the elevator up to the 12th floor. The Cleverex offices are in Suite 1204 on the right. If the doors to the building are not open, call 301-738-1122 to determine if anyone is in the office to let you in.

From 355 South of Rockville:

Go north on Rockville Pike (Route 355) toward Rockville Center. Bear left on Route 28 (follow signs for route 270). Go one block on Route 28 (west). Turn right (north) onto Monroe Street (there is a Potomac Valley Bank on the left side at the corner). Go one block to the stop sign. Proceed on Monroe Street to the right around the corner. 51 Monroe Street is immediately on your left (high-rise building with the word "51" on the top). The parking garage is under the building to the right of the entrance. Take the elevator up to the 15th floor. The Cleverex offices are in Suite 1204 on the right. If the doors to the building are not open, call 301-738-1122 to determine if anyone is in the office to let you in.

Parking Fees:

Parking fees are collected until 9:00pm on weekdays. You will need to pay the hourly rate (First 15 minutes are free; 16 minutes to 1 hour is $2.50; 2nd hour is $5.00; 3rd hour is $7.50, over 3 hours to a whole day is $9.50) when you leave the garage.
