Cleverex Computer Training Classroom

Cleverex Systems is located in Rockville, Maryland, about 20 miles from downtown Washington, DC and about 25 miles from Reagan National Airport. Our modern office suite is on the 15^th floor of a high-rise office building (One Metro Square) that connects directly to Metrorail’s Rockville Station (Red Line). Our facilities also include a state-of-the-art computer training classroom on the building’s Plaza level. Cleverex Systems is pleased to offer its Computer Classroom to Federal agencies and other organizations at competitive short-term rental rates.

One Metro Square. Cleverex Systems’ office is on the 15th floor. Our Computer Classroom is on the Plaza level. The building connects to the Rockville Metrorail Station by a walkway.

Our Computer Classroom is equipped with the following state-of-the-art technologies:

• Compaq “Deskpro” Intel Pentium III PCs (128 MB RAM, 733 MHz) for hands-on training for up to 12 participants.
Microsoft Windows NT/2000 Professional operating environment.
• Fast Internet connection through the company’s LAN.
• ViewSonic LCD projector (550 lumen) that connects the instructor’s computer to a large projection screen.
• Sound amplification system.

The Computer Classroom is available during evenings and weekends, as well as during normal business hours. Up to 2 free hours per rental period is allowed for software installation and uninstall. Technical support staff are at additional cost, if required. Cleverex Systems is on the General Service Administration’s Information Technology Schedule – Special Item Number 132-4 (Daily/Short-Term Rental). Our Computer Classroom accommodates 12-16 participants, and was recently equipped with Compaq “Deskpro” computers, a fast Internet connection, and modern teaching aids.

By Metro: Take the Red Line to Rockville Station. Go left via the West exit, and up two floors to the B Level. Cross the enclosed walkway towards Rockville Center over Rockville Pike (Route 355). The entrance to the building is on the left (51 Monroe Street). After entering, bear left. Take the first corridor on the left and walk along it until you reach the Cleverex Systems’ Computer Classroom, which will be on your left.

By Car from the Beltway: Take the I-270 exit off the Beltway (I-495). Driving north on I-270, take the right-hand local lanes. Take Exit 5, marked Rockville Town Center and Falls Road (Route 189). Stay in the ramp’s right lane so that you drive east on Maryland Avenue. At the third traffic light, turn right on Fleet Street and then turn left at the next traffic light onto Monroe Street. Take the second right (still Monroe Street). The entrance to the building’s garage will be on your left (marked by a green awning).

Parking Fees: Stays of less than 15 minutes are free. The first hour is $2.00; up to 2 hours is $4.00; up to 3 hours is $6.00. Over 3 hours is $9.50, which is the maximum daily rate. You pay when leaving the garage. Fees are not collected after 9 pm. Parking is free on weekends.
